Drawing on extensive training and experience, he specializes in the creation of comprehensive Life Plans – plans that include retirement and estate planning needs, education planning and tax minimization concerns. Fabien is a Certified Investment Manager (CIM), a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA). Fabien began his career in financial services as an independent financial planner before joining CIBC Wood Gundy and predecessor Firms (Midland Walwyn & Merrill Lynch Canada). He then was hired as the Branch Manager of the Ottawa office of HSBC Securities before joining yourCFO Advisory Group in 2006 as Senior Financial Advisor and Branch Manager for the Kanata Branch.

Born and educated in Montreal, Fabien is fluently bilingual, has been married for over 18 years and has lived in the Ottawa region since 1984. Fabien enjoyed a successful career in the Canadian military for over 10 years before entering the financial field. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Far East and United States.
